More than 7 years since CMKM Diamonds started trading.
A new decade has started...
Still nothing for shareholders...
Nothing but rumors and promises for Cmkx20Ten.
Rumors of payments...
Promises of lawsuits and settlements...
Lots of action... SEC... DOJ... Tyler... Hodges...
Some events may be new, but the promises sing the same old song.
Dare I think... This time may be different?

Not really surprised that NOTHING happened on Monday...

Shareholders did not get any new info.
The SEC had the lawsuit info for more than a month, and did not respond.
No matter WHAT they said at the last minute, the lawsuit should NOT have been delayed.
Even if they promised payment, the lawsuit would have been good incentive for them to keep their word.

i heard the lawsuit was to recover 1.3 trillion that was missing from the original 3.87 trillion that is in the trust recovered to be released to shareholders so the suit is to force the issue and resolve the missing money.
